I found her she goes by alot of names but Kasia Lindsey seems to be the main one.

^^ I'm sorry, I can't help you identify who the girl from the OP is, but what I'm pretty sure about is that it's not the girl known as Kasia, Kate, Kathy, etc. It's not her.
