I've been searching in vain for a long time to locate this scene/movie. Originally I saw this scene in the 90s in a porn video tape that had "Bi" in the title though the content was hardly bi. I suspect it was a compilation tape which makes the search harder.

The content was mainly hermaphrodite. There was a scene between a regular and hermaphrodite white woman where it was explained that in addition to an external penis and vagina the testicles are internal.

Another scene I recall was a three way scene with three white female identified actors (presumably). One was a regular woman and two were "unusual" hermaphrodites. One of them had her penis protruding from her lower back, had curly blonde hair and was wearing lingerie/a corset. The other had a penis coming out from between her breasts and had straight brown hair and a more voluptuous figure. Both of these actors achieved erection and ejaculation from their strangely positioned penises. They appeared to be real though it was very difficult to comprehend what I was watching! They did not appear to have a penis in the usual hermaphrodite spot.

The final scene I remember was where a very hung black hermaphrodite female presenting person had sex with a young cute white guy. She ejaculated like a torpedo after giving the cute guy a good pounding.
