Still, movie can be from the older period. The action takes place on some tropical island, where a man ends up. It is inhabitated only by women, which start worshipping him. At some point some other people show up, among them some either tourists, and some film shooting crew. IIRC, the opening screen takes place on a boat which goes to this island.
