A woman is driving in her car (kinda looks like seka or aunt peg). she gets home and she talking on the phone and she starts to masturbate; While she's masturbating a young boy (tom byron?) is watching her with his telescope and is masturbating also. The boys father walks in on him, and slaps around before he to starts spying on the woman with the telescope. i remember the woman had a daughter who was in a band, and the end of the film inlcuded an orgy involving police officers.
