It was released, I think, in the late 80s or 90s. The story goes as follows

A girl is in her room and has an imaginary friend. Noone can see him but he teaches her how to have sex and then they hit the streets. The next scene is in town at night and he convinces her to ask a female prostitute for an "around the world", she has sex with her and fucks her to death. She feels bad but they move on, he touches another girl and has sex with her on a car while she watches, it turns out her imaginary friend can be seen if he touches people, and he fucks this girl to death as well... Pretty morbid but still hot. I'm sure there are extra scenes but that's the thick of it. At the end of the movie she is talking to a psychiatrist about this and she doesn't believe her, so he touches her and they all get into it. I think the whole thing is told as a story to the psychiatrist.
