I don't know much about it I've seen it 10-13 years ago on TV, so it was probably filmed before 2000 (maybe even the 80's) what I know it was an erotic/softcore movie. There were multiple sex scenes. One scene is when a female (long brown hair) visits the detective/policeman at work and gives him blowjob. The detective was a tall bald guy. As I said it was a softcore title but at this paticular scene you can actually see how the woman gave the blowjob, the camera shows it from bottom view.
