I was wandering if anyone could help me figure out how to pay for a czech web site.It is caslled megacasting.cz I cannot find out how to sign up and need help with it thanks

I don't think you can join this site and frankly I can't see why you would want to. It seems to be some kind of modeling site but I'm not sure what kind.

Probably can't join unless you are within the Czech Republic. It's done through cell phones, send a text message and receive a message back with a login. It's about $4.50 per casting. But, payment likely only works inside the country.

We're sorry. Payment via SMS PR can be done only in the Czech Republic, Poland and the Slovak Republic and the only network operator in the pictures below you on the phone.
