I was surfing a site when suddenly the site started to get really slow, next, I get a message error: <<Hostimysql.ddfprod.com is blocked because of many connections errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush hosts>> any idea what is flush hosts and where to get it/find it??

It means the site's web server software can't communicate to their database software. You have to wait until they fix it. There is nothing you can do about it.
