I have been searching for a late 90s movie for quite some time with no success. Hopefully the experts here can help. All I have are memories of the first few scenes from the movie, and here's what I can remember.
Scene 1: Blonde woman is having a discussion with her husband/boyfriend about getting a tattoo. Something like how a female friend recommended a tattoo artist to her. Then she performs fellatio on him. Prior to giving him a blowjob, either she tells him to say "You are my sex slave." or he tells her to say "I am your sex slave."
Scene 2: Same blonde woman is in a room with a table. Scene 3: Blonde is now home in the kitchen talking with her husband/boyfriend. I She doesn't tell him about what happened in the previous scene.
