I have a nook and wanted to know if it was possible to go to this site and DL the porn stories.Dont see epub or anything like that. This is the site for the porn stories literotica.com Thanks in advanced.
I don't know much about nook and its capabilities. I think it is not a full-fledged android tablet, no? I went to literotica, and the stories are just text files; they don't seem to be directly downloadable as such. But you could copy/paste the entire story into a text editor of some sort and there you have it. But then (again) i don't know if nook is capable of reading text files. Here's an article about "rooting" the nook" to transform it into a real android tablet. EPUB & PagePerfect NOOK Books are the standard format for NOOK Books in the Barnes & Noble online store. NOOK Color supports ePub, CBZ, and PDF formatted books. My Nook Color has a micro SD card slot. Anything I download from a non Barnes & Noble site goes there. Then it will show up in your library. I have a bunch from Project Gutenberg so literotica would be the same, but they need to be in one of the formats the Nook can read.

^ What about locally cached webpages? I checked out the site and looks like it's just txt. I don't know the legalities, but taking a screenshot (JPEG) as printing page to PDF, as long as you don't distribute. make no money or commercialize it, and use for personal use only, I thought this covered under Fair Use.
I appreciate the info, Nook is basically for reading and a few other things and after i bought it was told they sell well. I am thinking about a memory stick for this instead. Thank u for your time. Much appreciated.
Some companies have tried but they appear to be losing. YouTube has even been standing up for true fair use. Fair use does not include making a copy for yourself of something you don't have the rights to though.
