OK, so some of the girls (and guys) who are into anal sex must at some point deal with the embarrassing issue of hemorrhoids.
Can we discuss what to do to avoid them and how to treat them/make them go away?
My GF recently had a small one and is very embarrassed and now refuses to have anal sex, do rimming or even do vag doggy. She acts like it will NEVER go away. I need advise on what to do!
I watch a LOT of str8 anal porn and can't help but notice home much stress and impact is put on the female anus during these ass scenes (especially considering how big the male stars are these days and how much emphasis is put on the female to "push" on her asshole to stay dilated and "gape" as well as push out cum, etc from their ass too. All of this stress must add up to an occasional hemorrhoid, right? So how do girls avoid them? How do they treat them/ How do they do it?

Thanks for the info, but I have done the "normal" medical research. I was hoping to get perspective on the topic from porn stars, whore and sex maniacs :0)

As far as I know, people who never had a dick in their ass get hemorrhoids as well. So even if a porn star who does lots of anal has them, I don't see how one would know if they were caused by anal activities or whether they just have hemorrhoids because they're predisposed to them.
I don't know of any way to say for sure if they're caused by anal. If your GF thinks they are, she must have a reason for it. When dealing with anal sex, you should follow recommendations of experts. There's all kinds of stuff out there describing exactly how to do anal safely. Porn is meant to be fantasy so you shouldn't necessarily run around doing everything you see in porn.

From the wiki, it seems that hemorrhoids to some degree is way more common that people would seem to know. I guess most people just never notice them.

I too find this is a worthy question. I have seen a corolation between heavy anal play and hemmoroidial iritation. (did I just type that?)
Seriously, I think there must be some anal sex prep tips the stars could share.

Tips? Easy. Use some safe lube that's made for the purpose. No sharp edges. Trim fingernails completely smooth. Don't use more force than is necessary and don't try and go too far too fast. The anus stretches slowly. Sharp, abrupt movements can be painful and can cause tears in the skin and muscle.
I'm sure someone here has much more advice. But those are the basics. Of course, an enema is always a good idea. But that doesn't have a lot to do with hemorrhoids.
