Not sure if this is the place for it but if anyone knows Kevin Kelsch at Hexedmedia.com, please tell him his billing company is fucking him bad. I've been trying to join for over two weeks and get a "error creating username" message every time. I realize this isn't a customer service board but it all falls back on supporting the industry, right? Someone let him know cause there's no other way at this point. CCbill isn't helping and there's no direct line. If this is an infraction, again, I apologize but just trying to help out a bit. thanks [Link] |
