This is a pretty specific request. I love videos of "training" females. I love to view this fantasy as well as experience it. I am specifically looking for videos that might include becoming numb to humiliating situations or situations in which the actress is forced to wear heels for a certain period of time or of a certain height.

I'm not sure if this fits with what you're looking for, but Kink.com's site "The Training of O" is all about training submissive women and a lot of the training is done with the women in heels. It isn't "high heel training" per se, so that's why I don't know if this fits your interests or not.
There are many great scenes with women being trained and humiliated while in heels, and if I could offer one example, that would be Madison Young's TToO session where she was made to do physical exercise on the roof of the Kink building wearing nothing but heels.

Girls just in heels is a good thing for sure. I think kink.com had someone in some insane stwinless steel heels once. I really forget who or when ... could have been on training of o. Id like them as a focus, for punishment or as a restraint.
