Some viewers and some women think that high heels are 'sexy', maybe it is a fetish thing. I prefer to see the women wearing high heels throughout the scene, and am always on the lookout to see if they are wearing heels or not. So I feel qualified to say that most scenes are having the women shoeless by the time the scene is finished. And many scenes have no heels at all. And most cameramen shoot too closeup so it is irrelevant whether they're wearing high heels or not.
