Hope this doesn't get too heated or political but i want peoples take on this fetish? As some may or not know i am from a muslim background but i don't identify myself as one, i'm an ex muslim but my family are.
Anyways just want to hear peoples thoughts on this kind of fetish, i'm not offended by it, neither i would say its a turn on that i go out of my way for but as you can imagine for a certain sect of people this is offensive and people got death threats for this. Mia Khalifa being the main example. They are reportedly seen as the biggest consumers of porn but have issue with this? Porn is haram (forbidden in islam)
Just wondering whether the porn industry whether it's the directors, or the stars know what they are getting themselves into when they star in this? Was this seen less offensive at the start then it got seen as one and i'm not sure if any recent scenes of this has been shot. Maybe some stars depending on how popular they are would get more a backlash then others?
Here's an example of a star doing this kind of scene, Violet Myers who is half Turkish. Wonder whether being from a certain backgrounds adds fuel to the fire
Saying this as somebody who isn't Muslim or from a Muslim background. I'm not opposed to hijab scenes as long as boundaries are respected and nobody is pressured into it. That''s a bigger concern to me than whether there's a hijab, nun outfit, or whatever. If what Mia Khalifa said was true, that's very concerning. She said that she was pressured into doing the hijab scene and resisted ahead of time, telling the director this could endanger her safety considering how religiously and politically charged this is. Saying she could have left doesn't make this type of pressure any more acceptable, and it's not always that simple when you're under contract with a company and even if you're not, you still take the time to go to the set, can be depending on the income, and may have turned down another gig for that one. Nobody should be pressured into doing anything just because of their gender and ethnicity.

I'm just laughing at the opening line.
"I hope this topic about porn making fun of a pop religion doesn't get political.
For me it's not a fetish because of the Hijab... it's just that the women they typically choose to try to simulate a Muslim women have all my markers for attractiveness. I would appreciate the Violet Myers scene just as much without the Muslim angle. The whole trope is just shorthand for an attractive brunette with a nice brown complexion...
Would other main stream stars with the likes of Angela White, Kendra Sunderland etc consider doing this kind of stuff if offered, or would they know that this might hurt their brand doing it?
For the ones that did to it, probably at the time of shooting it where maybe they were not big, thought of doing it cause if they didn't do it, someone else would, which meant for those pursuing a porn career, opportunities would be taken away from them. You could say same for Hollywood roles. If you had 2 girls, and 1 was uncomfortable in doing x y z and didn't want to do it, and the other girl was alright and didn't have to be offered more money, then fair bet that the 2nd girl would be getting more roles? Especially if x y z was doing nudes.
Makes me wonder how they came up with the idea of doing this? Like did fans go to these networks asking for this, or did porn companies think this is a good idea to use.
To do hijab porn, they'd probably have to be Arab or pass for Arab because of the widespread image of Arabs as Muslim, though some Muslims aren't Arab and some Arabs aren't Muslim. In terms of how they came up with the idea of doing this, porn is always trying to push the envelope and get that "wow" factor. Because hijabs are a symbol of sexual modesty, bringing in the contrast of porn can grab attention and add to the shock value plus be a major turn on to some people.
True, i can't think of any other examples on this with mainstream stars besides Mia and Violet, but Violet in contrast probably has not received any hate. Not sure why in comparison but i am happy that she is still very active and very popular with fans
As a former Muslim I have no problems with people making this type of porn, but it's not for me. Mainly because 95% is just based on inaccurate American stereotypes of Muslim women. The mere idea that Muslims would keep their hijab on during sex is hilarious.
That being said, I think I would really be into this type of porn if it portray Muslims in a realistic way. It's far from perfect, but my favorite Hijab porn scene is the BFFs scene with Audrey Royal, Sophia Leone, and Monica Sage. The girls never take their hijab off, but they react the way a conservative Muslim girl would act if they start being rebellious with their sexuality.
I've wondered the same thing. Why would Mia Khalifa get all this hate for doing hijab porn to the point of receiving death threats from ISIS (according to her), but other women doing hijab porn scenes get no backlash? Or, did they but just weren't as public or outspoken about this? Or, was it the politics of the time? Or, is it not so new or novel anymore and just doesn't get as much attention?
Covering everything but the face highlights the face. It's not a genre for pornstars with careers based on boobs or butts, but the bj artists could do well in it.
The same effect could be done with nuns' habits and similar costumes.
As a fan of this niche, it's kind of disappointing there isn't much on it. TeamSkeet's sites looked promising, but they seldom update, probably because of the logistics of such scenes.
I won't lie whenever I relapse I find myself watching all my favorite hijab scenes. I personally have had hijab head a bunch and even hijab sex. there's something extra horny about it
