By that I mean that he seems like the type of agent who in the beginning sits with his models and designs a schedule based on the type of work they are willing to do and the frequency they want to do it in and he then sets out to fill that schedule. The problem occurs if the model starts to deviate from that schedule and doesn't have a very good reason. I fear if he doesn't like the answers then he drops them.
