Hollywood Woody, you are apparently still in contact with Steve at Vivid and I was wondering if you knew if Vivid is ever going to re-release films like Bad Wives and Bonnie and Clyde that have only come out in an edited form on DVD. I was also wondering if Vivid was ever going to release any of their as of yet unreleased on DVD Ginger Lynn classics such as Gentlemen Prefer Ginger, Ginger Effect, Gingerbread Man, Ginger's Private Party, Sex Asylum, I Dream of Ginger, Poonies Vivid, Project: Ginger, Ginger and Spice, World According to Ginger and Ginger Snaps?

It doesn't look to good on the Ginger stuff, and on the other stuff I doubt it will ever come out in it's original form. I begged for the Ginger stuff, but it fell on deaf ears. I will ask again/.
They know there's a market for it, how could they pass it up? I'm still angry over when I got Mission: Erotica on DVD to replace my VHS copy and saw it was trimmed so badly they took out the Heather Hunter/Kobe Tai bar scene completely. LOL and yet left Heather's name in the credits! The VHS copy got put in a drawer next to my one VCR still in the house.
Are they hanging on to the classics archive for a potential sale of the company down the line? Is that also the reason why the classics released are butchered? That way, if they sell the company, the new owners can repackage the classics as 'full and complete'.

It would seem to me that if they take a VHS tape and hack it to pieces and release it on DVD then "in it for the money" is exactly what they are. But I don't know shit from apple butter.
