She said that in a Q&A on her Instagram stories and she was probably referring her 2018 US trip where among others she shot for Brazzers and VMG. However, she didn't say how she was caught/discovered... maybe a too meticulous border patrol porn "fan" 😅. So some models do it and take the risk, but it could preclude their chances to shoot again in the US for the foreseeable future.

^I would be very dubious of the honesty of a lawyer offering a porn performer the ability to get an EB-1 Visa because I doubt porn performing falls under the category necessary to get an EB-1 Visa so if I were Ella or any other Foreign porn performer looking to work in the US then I wouldn't fork over any money until I had assurances from that lawyer that he/she is able to get some kind of work Visa with the caveat that if the words EB-1 are mentioned then be cautious.
The harsh reality for most Foreign performers is that the US market is pretty much closed to them and their problems are compounded by the sad reality that the days when they could work in Multiple European countries no longer exist because the studios that would have hired them died years ago and unless they are into circus porn then most Eastern European ones are also not an option.
