This is based on the flipped pic on the back box cover, showing the correct tat, in the correct place (but on the wrong right bicep, due to the flipped pic). And, from the distinctive tiny mole Marie Luv has on her left cheek (which can be observed in the movie itself).
We know the pic on the back cover has been flipped, if for no other reason than we get many good views of her right bicep in the actual movie, and there is no tat.
Unfortunately, we never see her left bicep, or her back (which remains covered), during the actual movie (so we are unable to verify the performer based on the back tat -- that would be too easy)
FYI, her scene is giving a BJ to Mark Anthony (from the passenger seat of a car while he's driving), so her left-side is always out-of-view buried against the seatback.

Also, I am not happy with our male IDs of "Kid Jamaica" and "Tony," as Kid Jamaica's headshot pic doesn't look like the studs in the movie, and we have no pic (yet) for "Tony" for me to vet.
The movie credits show "Jamaica" (not Kid Jamaica). They may be the same guy, but I'm not comfortable with it based on the pics I've seen so far.

Many of your submissions here, actually turn into major projects on my end (as I am trying to update and correct entire movies, vet and verify other performers and locate badly-needed headshots).
So, this is why this stuff is taking so long.
We have so many difficult Black IDs from this period (particularly due to the lack of headshots), that I am trying to create a more stable group of performers during the process.
(If we could just use pics of girls with cocks in their mouths, creating headshots wouldn't be such a problem.)
And, have you tried screen-capping from VOD/PPM movies?
It's NOT a job for the faint-of-heart (plus 99% of the time it doesn't work)
There's only one VOD/PPM site I've found where I can reliably grap screencaps from.
But, they don't have all the movies we're looking into.
Oh well.
