I believe there are some girls who specifically try to not have orgasms for 1 reason or another. I think the point is that someone like Manuel, who is very requested and talked about by the girls as a favorite is more likely to bring out chemistry and "real" sex than some others. I also tend to believe Manuel gets hard naturally based on his and others saying so, not everyone does this.
