There's nothing unprofessional about dating your co-worker. Problematic at times perhaps, but not unprofessional. Now dating the boss might be a tad unprofessional, at least in the eyes of other co-workers IMO.

Indeed. Was Brad Pitt also unprofessional by dating Angeline Jolie? Let her follow her heart. And I can imagine that in this industry it is even easier to date a colleague performer. It is not an everyday job, which can cause a lot of difficulties in a relationship with someone who doesn't work as a perfomer in this industry.
