Not a difficult thing. In fact, it's quite easy to include the actresses face by using mostly wide shots and limit close-ups to the female's face. Just the opposite of current filming technique. The same goes for a Hollywood film. Try getting into an action flick if the hero/villian's expressions aren't shown when duking it out. Or any other scenario.
