The reason why I stay in the middle on this until I see physical proof is that people lie, I have personally been apart of one of my friends trying to get me on twitter to help him out in a lie to his girl that a DM he sent his "sidepiece" was photoshopped when it wasn't. Celebrities have deleted tweets and claimed photoshop so pornstars are no different. The thing that would make me suspicious of these guys lying is that it seems to be ALOT of girls. Honestly if performers are OK rimming with scenes that are non-IR but don't perform the same in an IR scene that's all the evidence you need they don't want to do it (assuming IR studios/directors asked them in the first place). I remember Gabi Paltrova saying she had to insist the director let her perform an IR rimjob in one of her scenes on this very board, so sometimes it's not just the actresses that don't want to do it, the fault lies with the studio. As to the reasons why certain performers don't want to perform IR rimming, I imagine they are complex. Could stem from racism, personal preferences or a racist boyfriend or husband that "draws the line" there (but weirdly is fine with them fucking on camera etc). This seems to be a "thing" at the moment and the only way to bring it mainstream is to champion the studios, directors and performers that are willing to do it. :) If it's popular enough, finances will bring it mainstream as they generally film what sells. At the moment it's being taken up by niche players like dickdrainers who appear to be doing very well and having great sex at the same time. If they start to do too well, the bigger players will take note and adjust their scenes accordingly.

^We should keep in mind that in some cases "I don't want to" in porn actually means "Pay me more." We've seen that tactic used as an approach to IR itself, nevermind IR rimming.
In response to Aurelio99: That's why I say a series or website should be introduced by a mainstream studio, I was thinking LethalHardcore but their rimming series seem to be white only, so I don't know if they might have a issue with IR rimming or not. There is a market for it, always have been. I just think some let the "fans" that are against it get to them as well. ^I agree with your basic point, but I don't know why we should assume that Juelz dislikes unusual sex acts. Any number of factors may influence her like or dislike of the experience of shooting such a sex act. For example, if she shoots a dap her liking or disliking it may depend on who she's working with, how she feels that day, the length of the shoot, whether she decided to fast, etc. Maybe she'll dislike it insofar as she doesn't find it sexually pleasurable but she'll like it in that she feels a sense of accomplishment about successfully doing it.
