If you don't mind going back in history, pretty much the canonical example is Janine. Starting in the early nineties, she was g/g only for most (all?) of the decade; indeed, it eventually became a gimmick in some of her films having her tease with b/g without actually doing it. I'm not sure when she fiinally broke the b/g barrier, but when she did ... Wow!

Looks like Janine did her first boy/girl with boyfriend Vince Neil during a Hawaiian vacation in 1998.

Janine and Vince Neil: Hardcore & Uncensored should have the footage.
