Go back to the first thread you started, and "bump" it, by adding a new post. Say something like "Can anyone help me?" That will bring it to the top of the list. But don't start a new thread about it. Once you bump it, wait for a few days (like 3), then bump it again. If you don't get any answers after a few times, it just means that no one knows the answer to your question. Don't bump it more often than once every three days or so, because then you'll just make people angry and they won't want to help you.
