How can you convince a woman to become a pornstar?
And:
How can you convince a husband to let his wife become a pornstar?

Many women and girls have and possess great aesthetic, physical and feminine capabilities... I see it as a loss that they do not work as pornstars...
The most important question here: How were most pornstars persuaded to work as pornstars?
We want to know the answer from pornstars themselves. or from interviews with them...
And how did they convince their husbands to do so?

I suspect that most of the time there isn't any person convincing another one. I mean, there are cases of guys who have introduced their partners to swinging, and from there at one point the woman stars also doing porn, but I suspect that usually it's a personal decision. Exhibitionism is probably a big factor, and maybe for some there's the idea that they can do easy money doing it,
(altough these says those women who are looking for money are probably more willing to start a Onlyfans than working with studios), maybe they are curious about sex and the adult industry and they aren't considering too much about how it will change their lives in a way or another.

Well... the question now is: what are the factors or reasons that drive any girl or lady (perhaps quite a decent one) to turn to pornstar (other than looking for money)?

^ Given that fame is seen as something desirable, regardless of how it's achieved, I suspect that becoming famous could be a motivating factor for some young women. Also, the stigma around sex work seems to have diminished a bit, for now at least.

I agree with you... A wife of one of my relatives is a very dignified and respected woman, and everyone attests to her respect and morals... A wife and mom of two sons and a daughter. Successful in her public life, as well as with her family... She had a very strange change in her behavior and in her thinking that made her go for a period of time to shoot porn movies, until she retired after two or three years in which she filmed more than thirty porn movies... When I asked her about her sudden change She replied: Crazy idea. Experience something exciting. The joy of crossing red lines. something of fame.
