This is my first time on this forum :) I've been a fan of New Sensations DVDs for the last few years but lately everything I've been buying from them has a watermark in the lower right corner. This really sucks! I've stopped buying from them because of this. It just makes me angry to pay $20+ for a DVD and then to see it labeled like it is ruining the image of the movie. Anyways, I registered here to see if anyone knows how I can contact New Sensations to complain about this watermark policy they've adopted. And specifically, who (what email etc) should I contact--who would be in a position to address my complaint? I've been a fan of New Sensations because they seem to put out good material. But to ruin that material by putting a watermark on legitimately bought DVDs is unacceptable to me and has ruined the stuido's material for me. I'm hoping with some customer feedback they'll abolish this poor policy and hopefully re-release titles without watermarks. In fact, I'd like to see them re-release presently watermarked DVDs without a watermark. Thanks. [Link] |
