You will need to be sizable.
You will need to get it up under adverse conditions.
Hygiene and chemistry with the women help. They might say they don't want to work with you - and guys are more disposable. Nobody (okay, few) are there to watch the meat dildo. Likewise it helps to be on the inclusion list.

There is not a wonderful category called mopes. Until you are better known, there you are.
Enjoy large pile-ups on women that may not be your type. Again, you are tying to break in.

Since I really think this is a thread leading to nowhere, I would say your better chances are learning to use a camera and setting up decent lighting.
