On a quick note: I presume this is for videos that you have downloaded. There are various online and (free) offline automatic (e.g. Subtitle Edit, I have NO affiliation and have not even used the app, the project is hosted in github) transcribing software that can generate subtitle files. What that won't do is have the name of the actor saying the phrase.

But as I said, see the above technical forum which might have more immediate expertise and solutions.
