I can't speak for pornstars, but from my own experience it has always taken longer to cum from fellatio than vaginal penetration. I think the real miracle is how long the guys in porn can go in a scene without cumming. We're watching scenes that run for 24 minutes or so and that's edited down. Even allowing for breaks, that's a lot of self control.
