They probably took two hours to shoot the entire scene which was edited down. Look at the BTS for lot of movies and you will see them taking several breaks during the scene sometimes waiting for the guy to get hard again, lot of times waiting for the cum shot, giving the girl's pussy a break, bathroom breaks, set changes, etc. It's not easy.
