Is it like mandatory for pornstars to only have safe sex in their private life (unless they are married or in a serious relationship) ?
Sadly there are som outbreaks of stds at times, but still it's impressive that aim test can prevent pornstars from spreading stds to another.
If pornstars slept around with as many ppl as they do scenes with unprotected (in their private life) they would probably catch all sorts of things.

It is mostly mandatory APHSS testing that keeps VD out of the biz. Performers are required to take a VD test every 28 days in order to work and that test must be non-reactive for HIV and negative for gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. All tests are PCR-RNA which can detect VD as recent as two to ten days after catching it. Herpes is usually passed around like a plate of cocaine and a straw (drugs are usually not on set of course but you get the point), if you are in the biz long enough you will get herpes. Most vaccinate against HPV warts and most talent closely examines genitalia for signs of any HPV before starting the scene. If you have a wart on your dick/cunt the other talent will not work with you -- period! Hepatitis is usually also vaccinated against (if you are under 30 you were likely vaccinated as a child anyway).
