There is an exception in 28 CFR 75 that states that social networking sites do not have to comply, but that is really meant for mainstream sites that happen to have adult content uploaded in violation of their TOUs not adult tube sites. Its hard to explain to a client but the easiest way to understand it is this way -- does the pic/video have stroke value ? Usually plain nude images dont. Stick a finger into the vagina and bingo you need 2257.... Nina -- yes to both and you would also be violating Pinky's copyright and Pinky and Mandingo's Right to Publicity.
