As on the back cover of the DVD is says 'This product and all graphical materials associated with it are exempt from the requirements of of 18 U.S.C section 2267 because all visual depicitions of sexually explicit conduct appearing therein were made before July 3rd, 1996.' Until about 1988 adult movie performers (in USA) were regarded as "prostitutes" and hard core movie production had to be done on the sly. Producers had a lot on the plate dealing with such things and certainly did not want to end up in jail for hiring underage people. I would asssume that on occasion some performer may have shown fake ID's to show she may have been of age when she was not. We know of some (Traci Lords, Alexandria Quinn, Kristara Barrington, possibly Ali Moore, and some Euro performes like Lydia Chanel, Tabatha Cash, etc). Not sure, but Jean Jennings was said to be 17 when she started doing porn, but I have no personal knowledge/proof of this. Candy Barr was underage when she starred in that famous stag movie ("Smart Alec") back in the 1950's and that scene has been included in movies and compilations of recent times. I don't know why your particular interest in THE RESURRECTION OF EVE or Nancy Weich as to whether she was of legal age or not. Is it simple curiosity, passing interest, you are a personal fan, or do you fear you will get into trouble for possession of this movie if it if discovered one or more performer in the movie was underage? You need not have such fears. It is assumed that all performers were of legal age at time of production, and the authorities will not go on a witchhunt to arrest any one in possession of this movie. In addition you should know that the Mitchell Bros were frequently arrested/charged for obscenity during the golden age of porn, and they beat the rap every time. Or is that allowed for an actress in a porn movie to say she is underage when really she is 18 or over? This movie is available to buy on DVD and to watch online. [Link] |

I believe she has confessed that she was into prostitution and stealing (for which she was convicted) when she was 17. She started acting in hc movies (with real breasts) as "Celine" and othetr various aliases in Europe at least as early as 1991 when was not yet 18. She then went to work in the USA for a while, returned to France and soon abandoned her career. I recall seeing a Rocco Siffredi BTS scene in which the on-set photographer was shooting pictures of each performer and asking them to hold their passport page next to their face to ensure proof of age was obtained and strictyly enforced. No system is perfect but a passport is probably the best proof one can take/have in this day and age. [Link] |

She shot in France, Germany and Italy at the time using a number of names. I only started seeing soome of her Euro stuff in very late 1992-early 1993.
