You can't make someone willingly do something. That is coercion. Discuss what you want to get up to with her. If she isn't comfortable with it, you'll have to find another way to continue your relationship with her but if not taking you all in her mouth is a deal breaker, maybe you should evaluate your relationship with her?

Either way communication and openness are key. No, pushing her head is not communication or openness.
