^ Good question. For me it's the Star Crossed forum here again. Occasionally a model will have a new post in her thread that will kick it to the top of the list but otherwise I skim the pages once in a while for model names I don't recognize. I hit the occasional gem that way.

These ADT threads might help. They don't have literally every girl that started in each of the last 3 years, but they have a ton of them:

edit: you can also use the IAFD advanced search and search by debut year. If you click on a year it will show you the faces of every performer (male and female) that started in that year.
