Same, i don't give a damn about a boob job or not as long as they look good, some aren't though i just pass(not naming names out of respect). I like Gianna's tits just as much as Sara Jay or Daphne Rosen.
I don't think you'll get many agreements being this is ADT and is 90% against all boob jobs.

Well Gianna have the best boob ever. Some pornstar who don't have big boob look good with out fake tits but in Vivids case in order to be on a cover of there movies they ask you to get an boob job. But there are some good pornstar without big boob like Jenna Haze. She doesn't need a boob job she is fine like she is.

I thought Gianna's breasts were real. Natural large breats are my favorite! Tied for a close 2nd are medium/small natural breasts & large, fake, enhanced, implanted breasts. Like pornstars before & after breast enhancement surgery. Don't like visible scars or when they are too large for the ladies frame.

I like soft, pliable tits of any size. And if the lady's tits are big. Then I like to see her big tits change shape, jiggle, swing, and sway when the lady moves around.
If such tits could be made with artificial boob-jobs. Then I would be all for porn ladies getting such boob-jobs done.
But unfortunately, artificial boob-jobs usually do the opposite of what I like. Artificial boob-jobs make tits hard and unyielding. And as far as the swinging, the swaying, and the changing of tit-shape goes. Artificial boob-jobs make tits like those of a lifeless plastic manikin. The movement and the swaying of big tits becomes almost non-existent.
It's not just the looks that count. The way boobs feel and move is also very important. And that's where the vast majority of boob-jobs fail miserably. The looks of boobs are enhanced at the expense of other desirable qualities of boobs. And the overall effect is that boob-jobs often make tits appear less desirable than before. Which is a turn off for me.

If they are big or small I don't mind, just so long as they are real. Although I must admit I have more of a thing for small breasts, there's something very beautiful and sensual about them.
