There have been some notable established straight male porn stars that crossed over into the gay porn side.
Some of the notable names that have "crossed over" include
Frank Towers aka Mark Slade
Kris Knight
Rocco Reed.
Is it true that female talent does not want to work with male talent that has done gay porn?

Have no knowledge about this...just my opinion.
Not real sure why it would be a problem as long as the actors are tested and clean.
Alot of the ladies do Cuckold videos for Kick-Ass. I still consider that bi-sexual even though male penetration.
Christain XXX and Gabriel have done quite a few TS flicks..which are awesome.
Katie Summers, Casey Cummz, Belladonna, Maia Davis and others have done TS flicks.
Would love to read responses of acutal lady actresses.

For a chuckle or three check out pornwikileaks. They have some fairly strong views on crossover male talent, particularly Christian.
Gay mafia, illegal pimps...lol

I've read that crossed over male stars (straight porn actors who have done gay porn) encounter lots of discrimination from producers, directors and female talent when the crossover star tries to return to doing straight porn.
I know for sure that some male fans of straight porn "look down" on straight male porn stars who have done gay porn. I've personally heard some of my male friends diss Peter North aka Matt Ramsey.

pretty closed minded if you asked me… As somebody who loves m/m/f bisexual porn, I'm dismayed to say that there's barely an American genre left out there. Aside from the relatively timid forced-bi cuckolds series (there isn't even any penetrative male-male or male-female anal sex) and the occasional kink scene, there is virtually no domestic market for bisexual porn. It is not that I really care about the origin of the movie; I just can't get over the language barrier… If I can't understand what they're saying, then I basically lose interest. Courtney Cummz exhibits some pretty dumb logic about why crossover stars are a no no... Even going so far as to support the ill-conceived mandatory condom measure as a means of protecting unwitting starlets from these deviously insatiable bisexual/crossover actors... . here, check it out courtney cummz on measure b

A lot of the main male performers in the business started out doing gay porn. I don't have any inside access or anything, but it seems like they're widely accepted by female performers.

It's true that some (repeat some) female talent does not want to work with male talent that has done gay porn.
It's also true that some female talent does not want to work with any male talent at all and just does girl-girl.
It's also true that some female talent is particularly supportive of bisexual male performers and happy to work with them - for example Nica Noelle and Courtney Trouble.
Some female talent, for example Syd Blakovich and Jiz Lee clearly have a preference for bisexual/queer men when it comes to having sex with men and probably would refuse to work with a heterosexual man.
All Porn Performers, regardless of gender. sexuality and politics, are entitled to have preferences and to pick and choose who they want to work with, and who they don't want to work with.
It's quite wrong to brand the porn industry in general as homophobic and/or biphobic just because some people in the industry don't like male "crossovers".
NB: "Crossovers" is a silly term much favoured by the notoriously homophobic and hateful former porn performer Donny Long, who is now a pariah in the industry.
I would say that the people who work in US porn industry in general are a lot less homophobic and/or biphobic than American society is as a whole.

I had just started a thread on why there is so little (really none) quality bi-sexual porn , seems to be a huge market in the transsexual genre . Christian and Wolf Hudson work quite constantly , both do T/S and both bottom and top , and have done bareback as well . This hasn't stopped them from working , just check out Christian's blog . Quite a number of female performers have done T/S as well , and some established names , not just fringe performers .
