It's nice to hear she's staying positive, however, which is half the battle with a catastrophic injury. She is still in the wheelchair but in good spirit. She was planning to attend the Venus Fair in Berlin in October and meet some of her fans. I don't know if she really went because I wasn't there. I did not ask specific questions about her condition because it seemed more tactful to discuss life in general. We joked that her patients at the hospital must think she is a fellow patient, not a doctor. She said she completed a lot of physical therapy but the results were limited. [Link]
