I was thinking of ordering from Excalibur Films: https://www.excaliburfilms.com/

They have some items I can't find anywhere else. Has anyone here ordered from them? Are they legit, and how is their service?

DONT do it. you can write the website name and then reviews on google and see all the bad reviews which while are from 2018 is still true. i was amazed at first how they have titles almost unavailable in any other website and are cheap but dont fall for that because :
1. they advertise titles that arent in stock as in stock (my order was from 19/10/20 and till 9/11/20 didnt ship so i canceled it)
2. their customer service is horrible. they NEVER answer the phone and i mean NEVER and when you send them an email, if they answer you in less then 2-3 days or at all then consider yourself lucky.

for my luck i saw the bad reviews only after i made the orders luckily i threatened them enough for them to cancel my order and refund me the full amount. stick to adult empie and cd universe never had problems with them.

I wish I had read this thread before I decided to buy something with them. I'm going through the same mess right now. They advertised something on the site that they didn't actually have in stock and then they tried to tell me that I picked the wrong thing. So I asked to change my order and I started watching the order status page. I buy DVDs every week so it took me a while to realize that something was missing. And when I finally realized that my order hadn't come in I emailed them again and whaddya know? Once again I've mysteriously ordered something that wasn't in stock despite the fact that they sent me an email saying that this particular was in stock. Trying to get a refund now. We'll see how it goes...
