Only thing I can't agree with is that I don't think the woman should ever instigate it though at least not intentionally. Kind of ruins the fun since a large part of the appeal is him bullying her into giving in to her desires.

It's not really that I wan her to be the instigator, but more so just that she willingly puts herself into a position where the bully would take control of things. You could maybe have that pre planned, where she does not mind the idea of it, going into the situation and has a small thing for the bully already, or maybe even as a last resort. E.g. she could bring something sexy to wear just in case things do not go well and she has to resort to desperate measures to get what she wants.

On the lingerie thing, I actually do really like lingerie too, I would just like more variety. But what I am not fan of is when the lingerie leads into the woman wearing stockings and suspenders and stuff, it sometimes feels like an extra layer of clothing that they do not take off. That is just me though. Another great outfit though would be some sort of gown/robe (maybe the mom/wife could have just woken up from a nap or something), or she could be about to go out on a night out (maybe on a date), so she could be really dressed up for it.

Also, one more thing, which we do not see much of, I quite like when there is a little segment at the end of the scene. Sometimes you get some good dialogue at the end to finish off, but maybe have something like the mom sending the bully off with a few affectionate kisses, and telling him to stop by again soon, or maybe even have a shower scene. Just adds a little extra which I think could be good.
