There is a discussion elsewhere about Briana Bank's nationality. She was, of course, born in Munich, but has she lived here most of her life? Is she an army brat? Is she an American citizen?

She's German, born in Munich. Don't know when she came to the United States or how long she has been here.
What I can find is that she modeled for several magazines then became a Penthouse Pet. They never say the prior magazines that she modeled for, so perhaps the Penthouse Pet days is when she arrived in the U.S.

If She speaks with an american accent, she has lived the majority of her life in the states and considers herself to be an american and is an american citizen then wouldn't she just be considered an American ( but then again I guess we are unsure of the citizen part still). It is similar to being born in New England and yet being a Buffalo Bills fan your whole life.

Re: lack of accent. It's not uncommon for Europeans who started on English early to be virtually accentless. I have witnessed it in the Netherlands and Denmark, in particular.
