When I was checking out, I noticed that they were using USPS while their customer service pages said they would use FedEx. So I give them an e-mail, and they tell me that if I give them the order number, they can send it by FedEx (which they were having problems with). The problem is that this all took place on Sunday and Monday (Nov. 30 and Dec. 1). It's now a few days later. I know my order will take a little longer because of the special request I made. Up to now, though, it says it's still "In Process". Am I just being an impatient person who should be told to wait, or is this really taking longer than usual? Some will specify that certain methods of shipping will take 'xxx' number of days/weeks. I would also give it until about the middle of next week. I had a similar situation with one place, and on the day it was actually delivered to me was the day that the site changed it to 'shipped' rather than 'in process'. |
