I'm not talking about what they've got now with the glory holes, but the old fashioned kind with the quickie films, like the Swedish Erotica series. I remember them well, got my start watching porn there and in the old porn theaters. Usually the peeps would be in the same building as the theater so you could watch the feature film(s), get super horny, then go in the peeps with your quarters or tokens and jack off. Yes, I remember them. I have worked at a place that had many of them. They still exist and where I live are by no means rare on outdated.

Sorry but a peep show and video booth is not the same. Peepshows are with live performance. Both still exist. A modern video booth have up to 512 different programs, two screens and ff function.
But I rather jerk off to the movie on the big screen.

Video booths still exist in NY I know that. Since I've had a VCR I've never had to go into one. Why they still exist I have no idea.

I went into a few of both types. I much preferred the ones with a girl behind the glass. I think they are illegal is some cities, and I don't think they have them anymore in the city that I was living in back then. I remember the first one I went into, I didn't know how anything worked. Yes, I remember the old peep shows, with the continous loop 8mm film. Yes, that is right,I said film, not 512 films to choose from but only one. I still remember a Laura Sands loop from the Golden Girls series that I would pay serious money to have that 12 minutes on DVD. I wondered why with VCRs and DVD that individuals would go into a theater booth to view porno. I would guess from the large noon time crowd that many can't watch porno at home. Several Hollywood films have shown scenes with guys sneaking down to the basement to view their porno stash. I do not remember those days fondly. Nastalgia has it's limits.

I was actually talking about the ones with just one 8mm loop but now that the subject has been brought up, how about the ones with live girls, too? Anyone been in those? They had one here in KC back in the 80s and I saw both Lee Carroll and Hyapatia Lee there (at different times). Hyapatia was gorgeous, one of the best looking naked women I've ever seen. Well, the "peep" shows i remember had live performance of up to 2 women on a turning table. You had to enter 1 coin per minute or a big coin for 4 minutes (1 minute 4 free)
I had only been there with a couple of friends back then ... it was a crazy place ... it was the first time i saw these guys with their long coats going from one room to the next. They had them in South Jersey until about 8 years ago. I remember 1 that had video booths, the big round rotating table w/ windows all around. And solo booths w/ a girl on the other side.B.Y.O. lube and Lysol. You hoped it was raining out when you left so your DNA on your shoes could be cleaned off before you got into your car.
Video boths still exsist here and video preview booths as well.

It's been over a year since I have been to the glass booths here in Dallas but you buy $5 in tokens to enter the viewing booth area and after running the gaunlet of gay guys standing against the wall, you then enter one of a dozen 4' by 4' lighted booth and once you put in one token the light goes off and you are able to see the girl who is roaming the area behind the glass from booth to booth going where the most dollar bills drops threw the holes in the booth. For 3 tokens and $5 you can go to the one of two booths at the end where a girl will come out and lay on a make shift bed where she spreads her legs and you can talk to her via an intercom. I prefer the bottomless clubs now since the price of lap dances has gone from $10 to $20 the rules have lighted up considerably to make the medicine go down. Would like to hear the European version.
