I don't mean to insult anyone or be insensitive, but I wonder if anyone knows what percentage of girls (or guys) perform in porn because of a traumatic sexual encounter earlier in life. Rape, harassment, etc.

It's long been an adage that strippers are frequently rape victims. I wondered if the same goes for porn.

I don't think I've met many clean cut, pretty college co-ed girls who even like porn, much less would be a potential star. They might show their boobs for some beads at Mardi Gras, but that's about it. Sure, I've met some freaks, but most of the girls I've met in college or who work at my advertising agency are pretty prude when it comes to porn.

What is it that pushes them into it? Money, I guess. But the money isn't that great - few hundred bucks!

Whatever it is, God Bless 'em. Because I loves me some porn. I just hope I'm not watching a girl like Bella Donna who hates herself for being in porn. Kinda ruins it for me :-(
