I took my annual 10 day vacation from my retail job and paid $180 for a ticket to LA. LA models will drive you to get your test $110 and take you to all your jobs and to find work you pay them back the rent when you make money. If you suck (or rather if you don't) you go back to your job at the end of your 10 days no harm no foul.

Drew, I've long thought that "she" might be a troll as well, but if so, she's the best one EVER. Anybody who would sit there all day, every day, for nearly a month, doing the same shit over and over in chat to troll would be the most pathetic individual of all time.
Apparently as of 4 pm EST today she has found an abandoned kitten and is taking it to K-Mart to find some critical care for it.

all that I am suggesting is that if you are for real that you start taking this a little more seriously and contact a real agent and get the real facts before making a decision that you may end up regretting later.
I suspect that anyone that was completely serious about becoming a porn star wouldn't be debating it in an internet message forum at this point. They would have already contacted someone (besides Reno). You have received real input from women that are in the business. Please listen to them.

Oh, please. She can do worse, like trying to sound sexy and make spelling and punctuation errors in the process. Now that's a turn-off. But knowledge of proper grammar isn't really necessary for the business she's going into.

If you ever DO decide to check out one of my movies, I highly recommend Buttman's Toy Stories which I believe is my best sex scene ever, or Fashionistas, if you'd prefer to see me naked but in a non-sex role. Each one of these movies show me just being me - what I hope comes off as a nice blend of a nice girl who loves trying to be sexy.

All seriousness aside, I'm surprised that no one has suggested getting her feet wet by doing some dancing at strip-clubs first? Good strippers can make hundreds of dollars (and occasionally thousands) per night. It would do at least four positive things for her: (a) See if she has what it takes emotionally to move onto porn (b) Enable her to set aside some money for the trip to LA (c) Help get toned-up and in shape (d) Have something to fall back on if the porn career doesn't pan out.
Also, stripping and porn go together like soup and sandwich. Once you start appearing in porn movies, the big money is still to be made in special appearances and feature dancing. Let's not even consider escorting at this point.
If, on the other hand, she hates it and finds she is barely making enough to cover "tip out," I'd say porn would be a mistake... and a big life mistake avoided.
I strongly suggest you go work for a convenience store/gas station, or else a fast food restaurant. I know of plenty of porn stars that were in not for being in the business, those would be their only other options. Maybe it's a good place to start. Or, you could always streetwalk.
