I would think that it shouldnt be too hard-no pun intended! And they should know that these ARE CLASSICS..ie: Sailor in the Wild, Leo and Lance, Big Guns, Other Side of Aspen etc.

However, since most of these were shot on film, I wonder how much effort will be taken to remaster these films. I'm sure that its simple to transfer an old video to DVD, but the lack of resolution will remain as well as the lack of quality. In regards to this, I hope that studios who plan to release some of these 80's titles will take the extra effort to remaster the films so that they can shine even greater than they did before. The only 80's films I can think of that received a full remastering was Powertool, which isn't even released on dvd yet.  Hmm.. anyways, that's just my 2 cents [Link] |
