hi,
how much should it cost for a business to license a fetish
video that has already been made, so that the material
can be used on a web site as well as simply selling
legitimate copies of the video to end users?

I don't think you'll find a schedule of fees. If you do not have some rational basis for making a profit on the video then you shouldn't license it. If you do have a rational basis then you know how much you can afford and still make your profit margin.

Depends on how much you want to produce. My guess would be atleast or around 15% of royalties

I just want to say that Hardware has given the best answer to any of the money questions you see on this board.

hi,
I meant i have videos that i want to license to others but not sure what they are worth, so not sure what to ask for to start...
His answer only made sense to me as an answer to someone wanting to license videos from others rather than to license out the videos they already made.

He's right, you know how much it's going to take for to make money off of the project. What you have to figure out is how much money you are happy with and see if that floats.

Tamara,Only you can dictate how much you think your product is worth. Should you want it to be Licensed to others;send them out a promo of it;and see if there interested in buying the content from you. Based on whether or not it is good enough to be Licensed out;throw some prices at them;but make damn sure it's a profit on your end. As far as how much the Licensing rate is;I believe that is negotable between you and the person that wants to buy rights to it.I may be wrong on this;but thats my guess.
