The company sold several videos featuring hardcore scens with some fairly high profile adult models not known for doing any hardcore work. Lorissa McComas was in several videos doing explicit g/g; Julie K. Smith did a couple of b/g scenes, and Stacy Moran got the tip of a dick stuck inside her pussy in one video. The controversy arose because, so the story went, the models were told that they were being filmed for the private amusement of a generous benefactor; they were supposedly unaware that the videos would be made available to the general public. Along about the same time, a Playboy staffer was fired after some photos from Hugh Hefner's extensive private collection of himself and many Playmates found their way into Hustler magazine. I think the PM ws Karen Christie. Both episodes lead me to this question: How significant is private porn, which for purposes of this discussion I'll define as scenes involving non-porn actresses or models who perform explicit acts and have them recorded only for the private consumption of others? (Note that I'm not talking about the occasional escort who allows some client to tape her, or even porn stars that make privates videos; and, though I used Hef as an example, I'm not really inquiring as to who's in his personal stash, those I assume it's a substantial number of PMs and SE models.)
