Today, I went to the bank for the merely purpose of depositing my check and when I saw her it brought back memories from the first time I saw her and I told her "hey I remenber you!" and she said "oh you're the guy who speak spanish and then she asked me "como estas" and then I was checking her tight outfit out and then I said "Oh my gosh you look good today" and she gave me this big smile that lasted 2 seconds but didnt' say anything about it either a thank you. I think I kinda like her :) spanish is my 2nd language but im fluent so that's a plus. Now my question is how do I approach her or ask her out or something. I don't know anything about her, don't know if she's married or anything, or how old is she i would say she's about 25-27 coz she told me that she's been working at the bank for 2 years now. Damn, I pretty good striking a conversation with anybody but she's a bank teller, there's a glass windows between us and lots of people around so I don't wanna sound stupid. I thought about sliding a piece of paper with my phone number and a little note to see if she'd called me but then I thought that I could get in trouble if she sees my approaches the wrong way and could report me as a sexual offender lol... anyways what do you guys think? what's the best and most natural approach? coz I'd really like to get to know her better. That has worse odds of getting a good result. Ask her confidently (no eyes looking down or stammering). Worse that happens is a no. Confidence in a person is always sexy. I'd say over 40 y/o and no guns... however they have bunch of surveillance camaras lol but hey im not trying to rob the bank, and it is better for them if I go more often because they want my business :) too bad I didn't get a check this morning if not I would have gone to the bank once again lol myk - getting back to you coz I missed one of your points I think you are right because I thought about it what if I give her a note and so and so I thought what if she's a total bitch and report me to the her husband (if applicable.) but then what if she likes me maybe she would call me but she doesnt want me to think that she's done that before with other people and she would resist on calling me. Anyways, this is very complicated because I was lucky enough to have her help me 2 times in a row and maybe the 3rd time (if possible) coz you never know if shes avaialble or i could pull the trick or letting someone go in front of me if i see she's still helping other costumer and wait until she's free :P lunacy - last but not least thank you. | krusty the clown Member ny 10 Posts 4/05 | Posted - Aug 4 2005 : 11:52AM seriously though, its a tough situation and you obviously dont want to look like you are stalking her by going to the bank at closing or figuring out when she might be on break, etc. i would probably drop a business card or something after she has helped me with whatever banking needs i had and say "if you would like to have lunch with me sometime feel free to give me a call." act as if you could care less if she calls or not, and walk out. it sucks because if she doesnt call you will have to see her everytime you go to the bank but fuck it... funny story because my friend had the same situation as you are describing. bank teller and all. he wrote his number down and gave it to her with the "call me if you want" kind of rap. she didnt call but he tried at least. "I usually don't do this, but would you like to get some coffee sometime?" If she's taken aback, which I'm sure she will be, just follow up with something like... "I know I'm putting you on the spot, at your work of all places, but it's something I've been thinking about. I think we'd have a really nice time." Say it with confidence and a pleasant smile. I will most likely ask her out next time she helps me out now that I know thats she married and shit so yeah. Im out have a good weekend guys :) [Link] |
